Rummy Doesn't Call

So now I'm miffed. First Condi Rice blows through town without so much as a "howdy". I attributed this slight to her tight schedule and the fact that we were still fairly new in town, and she wanted to wait until we had unpacked the good china. But now, ho-ho, Donald Rumsfeld also comes through on a charm tour (first person I think of when I want to win friends and influence people), and does he pay a visit? NO!
